- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

- Get Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Package Securely: Pack the rug in its original packaging to ensure safe return.
- Ship Back: Use our prepaid return shipping label or arrange your own trackable service.
- Get Refunded: Receive your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Refund Calculation
- Restocking Fee: 20% fee deducted from refund.
- Free Shipping: Prepaid labels provided at no cost.
Example: For a $100 rug, your refund would be $80 ($100 - $20 restocking fee). No shipping costs deducted!
Damaged or Defective Items
If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
- Take photos of the damage and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We'll arrange for an immediate replacement or full refund.
