For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference (e.g., color, size, or style), you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Important Notice:

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Return shipping is provided at no additional cost.

How to Return Your Rug

  1. Contact Us: Reach out within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.
  2. Get Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Securely: Pack the rug in its original packaging to ensure safe return.
  4. Ship Back: Use our prepaid return shipping label or arrange your own trackable service.
  5. Get Refunded: Receive your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) within 5-7 business days after inspection.

Return Conditions

  • The rug must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Returned in its original packaging.
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • No signs of use, wear, stains, or damage.

✘ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, stains, or damage.
  • Custom or personalized rugs.
  • Items not returned in original packaging.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.

Refund Calculation

  • Restocking Fee: 20% fee deducted from refund.
  • Free Shipping: Prepaid labels provided at no cost.

Example: For a $100 rug, your refund would be $80 ($100 - $20 restocking fee). No shipping costs deducted!


Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We'll arrange for an immediate replacement or full refund.
